What type of shipping will be used?

Canada Post Regular Shipping will be used for all parcels. We cannot accommodate requests for expedited shipping or add ons.

Why is the shipping price not displayed?

Prices depend on the postal code it is being delivered to and the size of the item. Shipping costs will be emailed to you after completing the order form (or commission request).

My parcel got lost what can I do?

As this is a tracked shipping service (we will provide the tracking number by email) please contact Canada Post for further assistance.

Can I pick up the art?

Currently we cannot accommodate pick up requests.

Can I pay with any other service besides e-transfer?

Currently we only accept e-transfer. If this changes this FAQ will be updated to reflect the change.

Why is payment required up front?

This is to prevent art thieves from commissioning work and then not paying for it. I appreciate your understanding.

• Any type of canvas (including wood).

• Any type of drawing paper as requested.
